Effective October 19, 2026

Privacy policy

You can search jobs without an account. An account keeps your email, saved jobs and saved searches so you can come back to them. ShortlistFox does not currently sell personal data, show ads or share your data for advertising.

Who is responsible

ShortlistFox is a free service run by Victor Follet, an individual based in Israel, who is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions and requests: [email protected].

What we collect

Why we use it

Creating an account is voluntary. We use your data to provide the account you ask for, and for our legitimate interest in a secure, working site:

Cookies

We only use cookies the site needs: one keeps you signed in and one remembers your search country. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not track you on other sites, so Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals change nothing here.

Who receives it

We do not currently sell or rent personal data, and will not sell data collected under this policy without your opt-in consent. It reaches only:

Our server is in the European Union. Cloudflare and sign-in providers may process data in the United States and other countries under their standard data protection terms.

How long we keep it

Your choices

Email [email protected] from your account's email address to get a copy of your data, correct it, object to or restrict how we use it, or delete your account with everything you saved. We answer within 30 days. You can also remove saved jobs and searches yourself at any time. If you are in the European Union, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

ShortlistFox is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We update the date above whenever this policy changes. Before a significant change takes effect, we announce it on the site or email account holders.
