About
Jobs, direct from employers
ShortlistFox is a free job search that reads open roles straight from the places employers publish them, so every listing leads to the employer's own application page.
Where the jobs come from
We read employers' job boards on hiring systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, iCIMS and Oracle, and the job markup on company career pages. A few public job feeds add roles too; those listings credit the feed and link to its page. We do not accept paid postings, and recruiters cannot repost jobs here.
What you see on a listing
- Fewer duplicates: copies of a vacancy that point to the same employer job page are merged, and every source stays listed on the job page.
- Pay, location, workplace and employment type only when the employer states them. Unknown values are left out rather than guessed.
- History we observed ourselves: when a job was first found and last checked, reposts after a gap, moved posting dates and pay changes.
- Jobs leave search once our next check of the source finds them removed.
Applying and tracking
You apply on the employer's site. With a free account you can save and dismiss jobs, keep track of your applications, including ones you found elsewhere, and get a daily email when a saved search has new matches.
