Senior Specialist, Compliance System Support

Lead and support team members in the following areas:

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of AML systems across the Group, including RHB Bank Malaysia, RHB Regional Offices, RHB Investment Bank, its regional offices, and other subsidiaries within the Group.
• Provide advice and recommend practical solutions for various IT initiatives and projects across the Bank/Group that have an impact on AML systems.
• Provide support and guidance to approximately 4,200 AML system users on system-related issues and enquiries.
• Oversee BAU support for AML systems, including system availability, SLA monitoring, production issue resolution, annual Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) exercises, and system upgrades.
• Ensure timely resolution and remedial action for support issues logged within the agreed SLA.
• Ensure compliance with Group governance standards and regulatory requirements applicable to countries where RHB operates.
• Manage User Access Management (UAM) activities for AML systems, including access provisioning, modification, and revocation.
• Review functional specification documents provided by vendors for AML system implementations, change requests, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes, enhancements, and new functionalities requested by the business.
• Coordinate, manage, and monitor testing activities to ensure successful delivery of change requests and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure AML system initiatives are delivered effectively and meet business requirements.
