Instructional Assistant - Behavior

Isle of Wight County Schools is seeking a Behavior Instructional Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year.  Candidates must have an Associate's degree, completion of 60 college credit hours, or have passed the Praxis Paraprofessional Assessment. 

Certification:  Requires completion of Autism Spectrum Disorder training for paraprofessionals. (https://vcuautismcenter.org/te/courses/paraprofessionals.cfm)

Minimum hourly rate of pay: $19.75/hour

This is a 10-month position.
