Position: Paraprofessional Substitutes (Teaching Assistants/Student Aides/Cafeteria Aides) 2026-2027 (Posting Number 2627-3765)

Start Date:  As needed

We strongly welcome candidates with the following qualifications:

• Graduation from High School or possession of a High School Equivalency Diploma
• Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position
• Demonstrate ability to support academic and behavioral needs of student
• Good communication/organizational skills for working with students, teachers, parents and co-workers
• Must have prior experience working with children
• Establish a positive, safe and clean environment
• Responsible for supervising and assisting students
• Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to help support students' positive behavioral expectations

Salary: School Aide/Cafeteria Aide: $16.00/hr (WCSD Retiree rate: $17.00/hr), Teaching Assistant: $ 16.50/hr (WCSD Retiree rate: $19.00/hr)
