The Appleton Area School District has a position available for an Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach at Appleton North High School for the 2027-2028 school year.

Appleton North High School is seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach for 2027 Volleyball Season

Position Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with planning and conducting practices and competitions.
• Teach and develop volleyball fundamentals, skills, techniques, and game strategies.
• Support the development of student-athletes in teamwork, sportsmanship, accountability, and leadership.
• Promote a positive, competitive, and inclusive team environment.
• Collaborate with the coaching staff to support the overall goals and philosophy of the Appleton North volleyball program.
• Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, and fellow coaches.
• Maintain appropriate supervision and prioritize student-athlete safety.
• Serve as a positive role model while reinforcing academic success and appropriate behavior.

Qualifications

• Volleyball playing and/or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with high school student-athletes.
• Commitment to the educational mission and expectations of Appleton North High School.

Season: Fall volleyball season
