Working Student (m/f/d) Directmarketing & CRM

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) in Direct Marketing & CRM to join us in January. Are you interested in how content connects with its target audience, passionate about music and happy to dive into the numbers? Then our Direct Marketing & CRM team could be the perfect fit for you.

Your responsibilities:

You will support a range of email marketing and CRM projects, including cross-selling and testing.

• You will assist with creating newsletter templates
• You will support the team’s day-to-day work in planning and implementing email campaigns, including independently proposing topics and reviewing and approving various newsletter formats
• You will help develop concepts and content for individual projects, such as lifecycle campaigns
• You will contribute to planning and implementing push notifications and overlay campaigns for the EVENTIM app
• You will research current trends, best practices, and general developments in direct marketing
  

What you bring:

• You are currently enrolled in a degree programme in business, economics, or a related field, with a focus on marketing, communications, or a similar subject
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical marketing experience through internships or a working student role
• You are enthusiastic about marketing and live entertainment
• Strong communication skills, personal responsibility, and good analytical abilities are among your strengths
• Ideally, you are available to work 20 hours per week
