Are you looking to gain hands-on sales experience and contribute to the success of a digital ticketing product? As a Direct Sales Intern (m/f/d) at CTS EVENTIM, you will support our team in driving the continued success of EVENTIM.Light.

At the heart of your internship is an independent project, with the opportunity to choose a focus area based on your interests. Working closely with our sales team, you will gain valuable insights into the entire sales process.

Your Part in the Show

Depending on your interests, you can choose to focus your project on one of the following areas:

• Sales Development: Supporting our Sales Managers in identifying and acquiring potential customers.
• Market Analysis: Researching relevant market and competitor information and deriving valuable insights.
• New Customer Acquisition: Creating and preparing presentations to approach potential new customers.
• Account Management: Analyzing the potential of existing customers and supporting the further development of customer accounts.
• Lead Research: Identifying relevant event organizers and researching their potential for digitalization.

What You Bring to the Stage

• Academic Background and Experience: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Business Administration or a comparable field, ideally with some initial practical experience gained through an internship or working student position.
• MS Office Skills: Confident use of common Microsoft Office applications.
• Working Style: An independent, structured approach to work and a high level of initiative.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
• Availability: Ideally available for a period of six months.
• Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills.
