Nurture & Nature ABA is a BCBA-owned, clinician-led organization committed to providing ethical, high-quality developmental and behavioral services. We prioritize mentorship, collaboration, and individualized care that supports both families and clinicians.

Our Early Sparks Infant Stimulation Program provides play-based, relationship-centered developmental intervention to infants ages 3–16 months, supporting early learning, communication, motor development, and caregiver engagement.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and developmentally minded professionals with a background in Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Early Intervention, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or related fields.

We are especially interested in Psychology graduates with experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children in early intervention or ABA settings.

This position is ideal for professionals passionate about early childhood development who enjoy providing individualized, play-based services and collaborating with families.

Important Scheduling Information

  • Infant Stimulation sessions are typically one hour per appointment, with schedules determined by family needs and client availability.

  • This is initially a part-time opportunity, with a minimum availability requirement of 15 hours per week.

  • Candidates interested in increasing their weekly hours should be open to supporting additional ABA cases, based on qualifications, clinical needs, and case availability.

  • ABA sessions are primarily scheduled during afternoon and evening hours, typically 2:30 PM–7:30 PM.

  • Additional hours are dependent on client availability and are not guaranteed.

We encourage applicants who have flexibility across both daytime Infant Stimulation appointments and afternoon/evening ABA sessions.
