Cafe Attendant

• Food handling qualification or demonstrated competency in safe food preparation and hygiene practices. 

• Barista qualification or demonstrated barista experience. 
• Previous café, coffee shop or hospitality experience. 

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with residents, families, visitors and team members. 

• Highly organised, well-presented and able to respond confidently in a busy café environment.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and serving quality coffee, beverages and food in a customer-focused setting. 

• Passion for quality coffee, food and creating a welcoming café experience.
