As a PBX Operator Supervisor, you’re not just supervising daily communications operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Supervise communications team: Oversee team members in call handling, message delivery, emergency responses, and guest information sharing, ensuring service standards are met
• Lead day-to-day team operations: Schedule shifts, assign tasks, train staff, and provide coaching and performance feedback
• Lead guest issue resolution: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns while supporting team members in in handling complex or escalated issues
• Facilitate team knowledge: Provide regular updates and training to ensure the team is well-informed of hotel offerings, services, and local attractions
