  • Bring fresh ideas for games, activities, sports, and seasonal programming
  • Help lead and support a team of counselors, instructors, and event staff
  • Make sure every program is safe, organized, and welcoming for kids and parents
  • Build strong relationships with member families and communicate with warmth and professionalism
  • Help with scheduling, registration, setup, and event logistics
  • Partner with Children’s Programming, Front Desk, Aquatics, Racquets, and Fitness teams to promote and grow programs

What You Bring

  • A genuine love for working with kids and creating fun, memorable experiences
  • Interest or background in sports, recreation, youth programming, education, or events
  • High energy, creativity, and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills with kids, parents, and team members
  • Organized and dependable, with the ability to juggle multiple programs and events
  • Leadership potential: camp counselor, coaching, team captain, or youth leadership experience is a plus
  • Availability that includes some evenings and weekends for events and programs
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Degree in recreation, education, sport management, or a related field is a plus, but not required

Pay & Benefits

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year, based on experience.
