About the Role

Looking for a fun, active job where every day is different? We’re hiring Children’s Programming Team Members to help lead camps, after-school programs, kids classes, parties, and family events at our club. Whether you’re leading a game of capture the flag, helping with crafts, cheering on a young swimmer, or hosting a birthday party, you’ll help create safe, fun, memorable experiences for our member families.

We’re hiring for a range of roles and schedules, including camp counselors, after-school program staff, party hosts, event staff, and kids class assistants. Tell us what interests you, and we’ll find the right fit.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise kids in games, sports, crafts, and activities
• Support camps, after-school programs, school-break programs, and kids classes
• Host birthday parties and help run family and holiday events
• Keep kids safe, engaged, and having fun at all times
• Help with setup, cleanup, check-in, and check-out
• Communicate with parents warmly and professionally
• Work as part of a supportive, high-energy team

What You Bring

• A love for working with kids and creating fun experiences
• Energy, creativity, patience, and a positive attitude
• Interest in sports, recreation, education, or youth programming
• Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility
• Clear, friendly communication with kids, parents, and teammates
• Availability for after-school hours, weekends, school breaks, and/or summer camp (schedules vary by program)
• Experience as a camp counselor, coach, babysitter, tutor, or youth leader is a plus, but not required
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour, based on experience.

The pay range above reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Final pay is based on each candidate’s experience, qualifications, and fit for the role.
