Budget Analyst
About the role
Budget Analyst:
Three years of experience in federal budget formulation and execution, and demonstrate a working knowledge of:
- Administering current-year funding, obligations, and related financial reporting
- Consolidating information to assist with financial forecasts based on analysis requested or performed by the Government to be used in various budgetary products.
- Monitoring spending, identify execution risks, and maintain financial controls.
- Supporting program offices throughout the execution cycle.
- Ensuring compliance with budgetary guidance from Congress, DOJ, OMB, and other oversight authorities.
