Position Summary...

Role summary: As part of the Value Execution team within Consumables, Health & Wellness Sourcing Enablement, the Manager, Data Analytics partners with select sourcing department leaders and cross-functional teams to identify value opportunities, execute sourcing initiatives, and advance goals across Drive Value, Build Trust, and One Team. The role manages a portfolio of projects, leads cross-functional engagement and collaboration, and translates complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. It supports competitive bid events, business intelligence solutions, and reporting tools while advancing innovative methodologies and technologies that strengthen capabilities and drive continuous improvement. We partner with sourcing leaders and cross-functional teams to turn insights into action, solve challenges, and achieve results together. What you'll do...

What you'll do:

• Lead partner engagement with select sourcing teams and internal and external stakeholders to understand priorities, align support, and achieve shared objectives.
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of projects to ensure timely execution and maximize value across sourcing initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop, test, and deliver competitive bid events, business intelligence solutions, and reporting tools.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and value opportunities that support sourcing and business objectives.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform decisions, prioritize opportunities, and support strategic planning.
• Advance value discovery and execution capabilities by exploring new methodologies, improving processes, and applying innovative tools and technologies.

What you'll bring:

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for variety of audiences.
• Cross-functional leadership and project management skills, with experience prioritizing work and managing a portfolio of projects.
• Experience developing business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and visualizations that support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Attention to data quality and governance, with experience validating information and identifying risks that may affect business decisions.
• A collaborative and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to share knowledge, mentor others, and strengthen team capabilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area OR 4 years’ experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area.
