As a Associate - Supply Operations, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our marketplace supply chain, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams. You will analyze data to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to meet key performance indicators. Your proactive mindset will help drive cost efficiencies and maintain high supplier satisfaction. Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Monitor and manage daily supply operations across multiple marketplaces.

• Analyze inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate restock schedules.

• Interface with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with delivery SLAs.

• Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to optimize shipping routes and reduce transit times.

• Track key metrics, generate weekly performance reports, and recommend corrective actions.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Conduct supplier performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, agreements, and performance data.

• Support the development and maintenance of supply operation dashboards and tools.

• Participate in cross‑functional projects to enhance marketplace scalability and customer experience.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply or marketplace operations.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high‑velocity environment.

• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on process optimization.

• Familiarity with supply chain logistics and vendor management.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
