Language access and translation services: Serve as the operational point of contact for

interpreter and translation vendors. Track requests, response times and missed or delayed services,

know the contract terms and performance standards, make sure staff know how to request and

escalate, and bring recurring problems to the Sr. Director with supporting data.

Accessibility planning: Support an organization-wide accessibility plan for physical sites and

client-facing services. Work with Facilities, Program Leadership and Safety & Security to identify

gaps, track remediation and ensure compliance with accessibility requirements.
