About the Role
Join a small AI team building systems to simulate, analyze, and evaluate conversational agents across voice and multimodal experiences. You will help make these agents safer, more reliable, and better aligned with user intent, while owning technical work from architecture through deployment.
What You'll Do
Architect and develop systems for simulating, analyzing, and evaluating conversational AI agents.
Build resilient AWS infrastructure for high-volume, real-time conversations using services and protocols such as Lambda, EC2, WebSockets, and SIP.
Develop algorithms and pipelines that identify insights and failure modes and support agent safety and reliability.
Own end-to-end technical execution across backend, AI, voice, and observability systems.
Work on-site with customers to build, sell, and deploy product capabilities.
What We're Looking For
At least one year of experience in a technical role building or delivering software systems.
Full-stack proficiency, including databases, AWS, and AI engineering.
Experience with Python, FastAPI, Supabase, Redis, AWS, and WebSockets.
Familiarity with voice AI tools such as LiveKit, Deepgram, or similar platforms, and experience with machine learning or LLMs.
Experience building analysis, evaluation, or monitoring pipelines for AI systems or conversational agents.
Ability to design scalable real-time systems and own architecture and delivery decisions.
Experience working directly with customers or end users to build, deploy, or support products.
Strong technical fundamentals, demonstrated through education, startup experience, high-traffic systems, or research projects.
