26/27 Enrollment and Data Manager [1.0 FTE]

Job Summary

Job Summary
~ Act as point person for all communications related to admission and enrollment to ISM
~ Conduct a public lottery at the end of the enrollment window
~ Schedule and manage open house events, prepare materials, and ensure advance publicity
~ Create and manage student records in the school’s student information systems (SIS) and other relevant databases (PowerSchool, CalPads, ManageBac, Parent Square, etc.)
~ Fulfill student records requests
~ Ensure comprehensive management of all student and schedule information
~ Maintain accurate records of attendance and attendance outreach protocols
~ Help provide positive front office interaction with students, parents, and staff

Skills
~ Proficiency with student information systems (SIS) and state educational database management components
~ Use time efficiently and effectively to provide all services and student support
~ Ability to listen, speak, read, and write in languages other than English preferred
~ International Baccalaureate, charter, and California public school experience preferred

Pay based on administration Daily Rate Band A, with Salary Step based on years of administrative experience at ISM (see Staff Compensation Model at ISMonterey.org/employment)
215 contract days per year
