Business Home Lending Manager

What’s the role?

You'll be the go to expert for business customers navigating the home lending journey from start to finish. From the first conversation through to final approval, you'll make lending simple, clear and genuinely helpful.

Working closely with Relationship Managers across SME Banking, you'll bring your lending expertise and customer first mindset to every interaction. You'll support customers with lending solutions that meet their needs while ensuring a smooth experience through the application and approval process.

This is a permanent full time role based in Brisbane / Mian-jin, Turrbal and Jagera Country, with hybrid working and a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

What do I need?

• Strong customer communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and build trust
• Experience analysing financial information, assessing credit submissions and structuring lending solutions
• A collaborative approach and the ability to partner effectively with Relationship Managers and Credit teams
• Understanding of lending policies, risk management and compliance requirements
• Confidence using digital systems and technology to manage workflow and keep customers informed
