We are seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy reporting to the Director, Corporate Strategy to support the development of enterprise-wide strategies and manage business reporting and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will bring experience in strategy development, business performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong financial acumen. In this role, you will work across regions, channels, and functions (including Brand, Commercial, Product, Supply Chain, and Operations). You will address critical business questions, identify challenges and opportunities, and support progress against our LS&Co growth strategy.

About the Job

• Partner with senior leadership to define enterprise priorities and shape the company’s long-term strategic direction.
• Lead executive business reporting, delivering clear insights on performance, emerging trends, key risks, and growth opportunities to support decision-making.
• Develop and evaluate strategies that drive growth, operational excellence, supply chain optimization, and business transformation.
• Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate actionable insights and inform enterprise-level recommendations.
• Collaborate across global, regional, and functional teams to align priorities, assess trade-offs, and enable successful execution.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, managing workstreams, timelines, milestones, and key implementation risks.
• Build robust financial models and business cases to assess investment opportunities, profitability, and expected returns.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations that influence strategic decisions and advance business outcomes.

About You

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA ideal
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a related business strategy role supporting senior management
• Background in advanced financial modeling skills and understanding of P&L levers
• You can synthesize data and insights into clear executive reporting, actionable recommendations, and strategic direction
• Experience developing and managing business reporting, analyzing business performance trends, and translating findings into insights for senior leadership
• Experience developing and supporting the implementation of cross-functional business strategies, particularly in retail, ecommerce, or consumer goods industries
• You can guide complex analyses, manage cross-functional work streams, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and levels
• Experience working in a global environment, with knowledge of key regions (Asia, Europe, and Latin America)

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $112,500 - $165,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
