About the role
Overview
PIPE SUPPORT DIVISION MANAGER - Lead a division. Own a product line. Build a market. If you know pipe hangers, strut, clamps and seismic restraint the way most people know their own neighborhood — and you have been waiting for the chance to run the whole thing instead of one piece of it — this is that role. As PACE Supply's Pipe Support Division Manager, you own the revenue, the margin, the inventory, the vendor programs and the team behind our pipe support and seismic bracing business. You will be the senior technical and commercial voice our mechanical contractors, engineers and specifiers call first, and the leader our branches lean on when a complicated hanger or seismic package hits the counter. The Pipe Support Division Manager is responsible for overseeing every facet of the division's operations, encompassing sales, inventory management, supplier relationships, and team leadership. This person applies leadership acumen and strategic foresight to improve efficiency, foster growth, and ensure the sustained success of the pipe support and seismic bracing product line across the markets PACE Supply serves. The role owns divisional revenue and margin performance, develops the sales and product specialist team, and serves as PACE's senior technical and commercial point of contact for pipe support, hanger, strut, and seismic restraint systems.
Who We're Looking For
You are a sales leader first and a product expert second — someone who can walk a job site in the morning, defend a margin in the afternoon, and coach a product specialist through a tough submittal before the day ends. You read a market, you build a plan, and you hold yourself and your team to it.
Why You'll Love Working Here• We're 100% employee-owned. PACE Supply has been employee owned and operated since 1994, with 1,600+ employee-owners. You don't just have a seat on the team — you have a stake in it.• Real ownership of a business. This is a P&L-minded leadership seat, not a coordinator role. You set the strategy, you build the team, you keep the upside.• A division with runway. Pipe support and seismic restraint is a specification-driven, code-driven, growing category across every market we serve.• Multi-branch reach. Your work shows up in Sacramento, Stockton, Fresno, Bakersfield and across the PACE footprint — not in one zip code. Apply Today!
