It manages a strategic portfolio and transformation agenda by establishing clear priorities, governance, and milestones. Driving cross-functional programs, the team translates strategic opportunities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes across global sourcing and supplier ecosystems. Collaborating across departments, it removes barriers, accelerates decisions, and ensures disciplined execution. The team synthesizes data and market insights to provide decision-ready recommendations, supporting business owners in delivering effective commercial results.

• Drive execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
• Lead and develop associates through mentoring, training, and performance management to build a collaborative team environment.
• Evaluate effectiveness of current initiatives, consult stakeholders, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage resolution of business issues by analyzing data, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Lead change initiatives by defining processes, managing expectations, and overseeing project implementation from pilot to execution.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management and communicate key performance metrics across functions.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
