Special Education Teacher (RSP) &/or Program Specialist

Job Summary

AeroSTEM Academy is seeking a collaborative Education Specialist (Special Education) to champion inclusivity within our school.

In this role, you will work directly alongside our teachers, moving beyond the traditional resource room to provide integrated support within our project-based classrooms. As a case manager and advocate, you will help students navigate the critical runway between elementary and high school by developing personalized 'flight plans' (IEPs) that balance academic accommodations with the social-emotional skills needed for independence.

We are looking for an educator who values relationship-building and is eager to engineer a learning environment where students with diverse learning needs feel safe to take risks, advocate for themselves, and succeed in a rigorous STEM setting.
