The School Secretary serves grades TK-8 at Hart-Ransom Elementary School, and focuses on student attendance, registration, and records, as well as substitute placement, school visitors, and receptionist functions.

Comments and Other Information
Previous clerical experience in an educational/school environment is preferred
Applicants are required to pass DOJ and FBI fingerprinting as a condition of employment
Mandated Reporter Training must be completed as a condition of employment
Current TB clearance is required as a condition of employment
