Job Summary
The CWSP Operations Associate serves as a vital operational anchor for the Corporate Work Study Program, driving daily logistics, remote hub supervision, and emergency response during the 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM afternoon/evening shift. Beyond administrative and schedule coordination, this role is deeply rooted in direct student interaction and relationship-building. The Associate will provide excellent customer service to students and Supervisors and leverage their Spanish language fluency to bridge communication with families. The Associate ensures that each student receives the real-time coaching, encouragement, and logistical clarity needed to navigate their work-study experience with confidence and success.
