Associate Vice President

Job Description:

• Strong Banking/BFSI domain experience
• Hands-on mobile or digital banking project background
• Good understanding of payments and/or lending
• Proven skills in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum delivery
• Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in fast-paced sprints
• Ownership, attention to detail, and clarity in documentation
• Ability to work closely with business, product, design, and technology teams, and to present to senior stakeholders
• Experience on large-scale mobile banking transformation or revamp projects, hands on experience in Jira, Confluence, and Figma
