About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners who have requested information about remodeling their bathrooms.

Using our proven sales system and industry-leading design technology, you'll help customers choose the best solution for their home while delivering an outstanding buying experience.

This is a consultative sales role where you will build trust, present customized solutions, and close sales during scheduled in-home appointments.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Conduct professional in-home design consultations
• Utilize iPad-based technology to create custom bath remodeling solutions
• Present product options and financing solutions
• Build strong relationships and establish trust with homeowners
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and close deals
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
• Attend sales meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience
• Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, solar, or construction sales experience
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated and highly competitive mindset
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Comfortable using tablets and sales technology
