Requirements

Must have 2 years of MA experience within the last 5 years
Must have 1 year of Epic experience
Active and unencumbered CCMA, CMA, NCMA or RMA certification
Active BLS Certification (AHA only)
Annual Physical within last 12 months
Negative TB within last 12 months
Hep B Series or Titer
MMR Series or Titer
Tdap Vaccine within last 10 years or Titer
Varicella Series or Titer
