As a Professional Backend Developer at flexhub, you engineer robust solutions that serve our customers reliably. You take ownership of specific components, designing and implementing Java-based services with minimal supervision. Your work directly impacts the stability and speed of our banking platform. By solving technical problems independently, you help the team meet its delivery goals sprint after sprint.                                       
Your main tasks are:

• Primary Action: Design and implement complex backend logic using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
• Integration: Integrate third-party services and internal systems using secure REST or messaging protocols.         
• Implementation: Translate business requirements into functional, high-performance code.                         
• Quality: Write comprehensive tests and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards.            
• Collaboration: Actively contribute to sprint refinement and estimate technical tasks with the team.                       
• Operations: Deploy your services to production and troubleshoot incidents when they occur.             
• Documentation: Create detailed technical specifications and architecture diagrams for your components.
• Learning: Keep up with Java updates and share interesting findings with your peers.                
• Stakeholder: Explain technical challenges to product owners in understandable language.              
• Improvement: Refactor legacy code to improve performance and maintainability.
