About the role

Description

  1. Check and Release the booking within SLA.
  2. Provide standard and excellent customer service experience to our clients.
  3. Adhere to company requirement and working efficiency and achieve SLA.
  4. Keep smooth communication with other venders /shipping agent/booking agent/Clients/ other teams.
  5. Make extra effort to meet clients’ request.

Requirements

  1. College diploma or above.
  2. relevant experience in shipping industry.
  3. Proficient skills in written and oral Chinese and English.
  4. Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications.  
  5. Good communication skill with external and internal party.
