Responsibilities

• Develop in-service Aircraft Galley / FCRC repair instructions.
• Provide engineering solution to support aftermarket spares.
• Conduct in-service engineering and technical investigations to customers and spares production teams.
• Review engineering drawings and documentation for compliance with approved engineering data.
• Manage engineering changes and configuration.
• Lead process improvements related to Product Support Engineering.
• Directly communicate and collaborate with LB homesite.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Aeronautical Engineering or any related field.
• 5+ years of experience and advanced knowledge in Design Engineering, Product Support, and MRO.
• Familiarity with EASA Part 21 and aircraft technical publications (SRM, SPM, AMM, CMM, SBs, ADs).
• Experience in drawing verification, root cause analysis, and engineering change management.
• Proficient in CATIA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter, SAP, JDE, and JIRA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Can handle constant pressure due to customer facing and fast-paced environment business.
