What You Will Do

• Manage sourcing activities, including RFQs and cost analysis for production and development programs.
• Coordinate supplier setup and ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Monitor supplier pricing, price books, and cost variances.
• Analyze demand and pricing to determine appropriate order quantities.
• Work with Engineering and Program teams to support design and sourcing activities.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities.
• Partner with suppliers to improve cost, quality, and product weight.
• Ensure suppliers are ready to support production requirements.
• Execute commodity strategies and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Support special projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage priorities while maintaining ethical standards and EHS compliance.
• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in RFQ management, supplier negotiations, and cost analysis.
• Background in aerospace or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of supplier management and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
