A day in the life.

As our Customer Service Representative on the Personal Lines Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. You will work closely with our Personal Lines Insurance team providing support, which includes processing policy changes, preparing evidence of insurance, policy audits, etc., all while maintaining the highest level of accuracy. Your day includes direct client interactions, collaborating with team members to solve problems, and building expertise through Marsh University professional development. You'll grow your skills on a clear career path—many of our CSRs advance to other roles within a few years, with strong internal promotion opportunities at Marsh Agency.    

Our future colleague.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• At least 1 year of Personal Lines Insurance experience
• Two (2) years Customer Service experience
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience working with EPIC

The applicable base salary range for this role is $41,200 to $76,800.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
