Manager / Snr Manager, Marketing and Audience Devt - 12 Months Contract

[What the role is]

Drive NAC's brand positioning and audience engagement through industry marketing campaigns, campaign performance optimisation, strategic NAC corp social media management, and NAC corp website management. The Manager/Senior Manager leads marketing initiatives that connect NAC with both industry partners and audiences, delivering measurable results in support of NAC's strategic objectives.

[What you will be working on]

Consumer marketing campaigns

• Plan and implement integrated consumer campaigns using audience-development insights and frameworks.
• Coordinate creative, media and social agencies
• Apply audience-centric strategies across campaign touchpoints.
  

Industry marketing and counsel

• Advise internal teams and external partners on campaigns, messaging and NAC corporate brand application.
• Review materials, align creative direction and develop co-marketing toolkits or guidelines where useful.
  

Corporate website management

• Oversee content governance, site performance, updates and technical improvements.
• Analyse top pages, search terms and traffic sources, and translate insights into content and SEO improvements.
• Lead the annual website content audit.

[What we are looking for]

• Passion for Singapore’s arts and cultural landscape.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated results.
• Experience developing integrated marketing strategies across industry partners and public audiences.
• Hands-on experience managing organisational websites, including content governance, SEO and web-development vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work hands-on and responsively in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
