Customer service intern

At Mann+Hummel, we create innovative filtration solutions that make a difference around the world. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving operational excellence.

What will you do?

As a key link between our customers and internal teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order management, effective communication, and on-time delivery performance.

• Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment.
• Provide outstanding support to domestic and international customers.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and service level performance.
• Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and invoicing in a timely manner.
• Maintain proactive communication to anticipate customer needs and provide effective solutions.

 

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related areas.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
