DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the principal and the Special Education Coordinator, the Special Education Teacher serves as instructional resource to the teachers, aides, parents and children to further the academic achievement of students in the school. He/she also provides leadership in curriculum planning and modification for students with special needs.

Requirements / Qualifications
California Moderate/Severe Education Specialist Credential or Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential CLAD or EL Designation
