Senior Automation Analyst (Business Systems Analysis)

The Role

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and support automation solutions using UiPath.
• Maintain and optimize existing automations and workflows.
• Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
• Support automation initiatives throughout the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and production support.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams across LATAM.
• Create and maintain process and technical documentation.

The Requirements

• Experience in business systems analysis, process analysis, automation, or related technology roles.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting UiPath automations.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting solutions in production environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data validation concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and the ability to collaborate in English.

Nice to have 

• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Exposure to C#/.NET development.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Dataverse, or broader Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
• UiPath certifications.
• Experience working in multinational or regional environments.
• Portuguese language skills.
