What is the opportunity?

We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager Private Banking who will deliver the Black Card Experience to High Net Worth clients focused on Private Banking’s core value proposition of investment planning, credit, cash management, and day-to-day banking. You will be responsible for bringing new clients to RBC by building a strong network in your local market while growing and deepening existing client relationships through discovery and advice. You will also be focused on winning as One RBC by introducing clients to the right solutions, partners and capabilities at the right time, to help meet client needs both within Private Banking and across RBC.

 

What will you do?

• Deliver an exceptional client experience and digital enablement providing everyday banking and credit solutions to High Net Worth, and Investment (DS, Collective Investment schemes) clients.
• Deepen client relationships by being an anchored point of contact for your clients, provide dedicated engagement aligned to their specific needs and be the primary relationship manager bringing all of RBC to the client.
• Collaborate with partners to build strong relationships to facilitate client introductions, nurture relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and prioritizing client satisfaction.
• Ensure Portfolio Quality and compliance

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  

• Minimum 3 years personal credit experience
• University degree in business, finance, banking or equivalent qualifications.  
• Recent demonstrated expertise in banking and credit advice and solutions
• Strong knowledge of RBC retail products including everyday banking and credit solutions
• Ability to be mobile
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills      
• Exceptional client relationship management skills    
• Experience dealing with High-Net-Worth clients
• IFIC designation or ability to complete within 12 months 

Nice to Have

• Relationship building experience across all levels of organization   
• Superior organizational skills
