MUST process a valid California Teaching Credential or 30 Day Emergency Substitute Permit
Letter of Introduction
Resume
3 - Letters of Recommendation (Within past 12 months)
Highly Recommended - Unofficial Copies of Transcripts are accepted (please make sure front page and back page are uploaded)

TB Test and LiveScan will be required prior to beginning service
