About the Role

We're looking for a Sr. Analyst, GTM Systems to own key platforms and workflows within our go-to-market technology stack, so Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success can do their best work. You'll be a recognized subject matter expert, working with a high degree of autonomy on complex, cross-functional problems. In this role, you'll analyze business needs, design and build solutions, troubleshoot problems that span platforms, and make sure changes are delivered, adopted, and measured. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations, Revenue Enablement, Enterprise Systems, Software Engineering, and IT. This is a remote position.

Essential Responsibilities

Business Analysis and Solution Design

  • Lead discovery with business stakeholders to understand operational goals, current processes, and requirements.
  • Analyze, model, and document requirements, including workflow diagrams and solution specifications.
  • Evaluate platform capabilities and recommend solutions, including automated controls and data rules.
  • Assess upstream and downstream impacts before changes go live.
  • Challenge requests that don't connect to a clear business outcome.

Platform Ownership and Administration

  • Own the configuration, administration, health, and documentation of assigned GTM platforms, and provide backup coverage for other platforms owned by GTM Systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships, usage, and support for owned platforms.
  • Set and follow build standards so changes are consistent and supportable.
  • Maintain procedures and documentation for platforms and automated processes.
  • Proactively improve usability, reliability, and adoption without waiting for requests.

Connected Workflows and Automation

  • Design, build, and maintain workflows and automations that connect GTM platforms.
  • Diagnose failures across platforms and handoffs, and drive them to resolution with the right owners.
  • Monitor workflow performance and exceptions after launch.
  • Partner with Enterprise Systems and Software Engineering on changes to the platforms they own, such as the CRM and Five9, including requirements, solution review, UAT, and integrations.

Delivery, Testing, and Adoption

  • Assess incoming requests, keep requesters informed, and maintain the backlog for assigned platforms and workflows.
  • Plan milestones and phases for larger changes, keeping work on schedule and within budget.
  • Lead user acceptance testing for changes in assigned areas.
  • Document each system change and apply change management practices to support rollout, readiness, and adoption in partnership with Revenue Enablement and Operations.

Measurement and Continuous Improvement

  • Define health, adoption, and outcome measures for owned platforms and workflows.
  • Validate that changes work as intended after release and keep working over time.
  • Evaluate new technologies, including AI and automation, that could improve how GTM teams work.

Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations roles.
  • Hands-on experience administering and configuring GTM platforms.
  • Experience leading CRM requirements and solution design, with a strong understanding of CRM data models, workflows, and integrations. Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
  • Experience building or maintaining automations or integrations across platforms.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, write specifications, and lead user acceptance testing.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, especially for issues that span several platforms.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, and technical constraints into business terms.
  • Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with tools such as Gong, Clay, Workato, Power Automate, LeanData, or Five9.
  • Experience in a high-velocity sales environment or a B2B SaaS, transportation, or logistics business.
