Job Summary

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year experience in a clerical or health
related field.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATES:
Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
Valid California Drivers License
Certification/Training (In: tube feeding, injections) as needed.

• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Driver's License Copy
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 (dated within the past 2 years))
