Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Centric Brands is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer who will work exclusively on the Under Armour Kids account. This role sits within the Marketing organization, on the Art team, and is responsible for owning the look and the throughput of e-commerce imagery and digital assets across every channel the brand touches. This is a hybrid art-direction and production role: you help concept and direct product photo shoots, then carry the images through selects, retouching and post-production, and lay the finished assets out across PDPs, banners, campaigns and marketplace pages. You have a real eye for how performance product should look and move and the composure to run several shoots and deadlines at once without dropping a detail.

Photo Shoots & Concepting

  • Concept and pitch shoot ideas for Under Armour Kids e-commerce and digital campaigns — on-figure, on-model and still-life.
  • Build shot lists, style-outs and shoot decks; art-direct styling, fit, framing, movement and lighting on set.
  • Direct child and youth models for authentic, in-motion performance photography, keeping the day on schedule against the shot count and working smoothly with parents/guardians, chaperones and on-set tutors.

Post-Production

  • Cull the capture and select hero and alternate angles; write precise retouching notes (color to sample, fabric texture, logo and trim integrity, fit correction, cleanup).
  • Manage retouching turnarounds and review rounds with internal teams, freelancers or vendors; sign off on finals and hold color and quality consistent across a full season.

Digital Layout & Delivery

  • Lay out and design digital assets across channels — PDP graphics, banners, email, social, paid media, in-store and marketplace placements — extending Under Armour Kids' brand visual system.
  • Handle cropping, scaling and canvas specs to each retailer and platform's standards; manage naming conventions, SKU matching, formats and resolution.
  • Deliver on time to retailer portals, DAM/PIM and the Under Armour Kids brand team, keeping a clean delivery log and an up-to-date internal spec reference.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 4–7 years in graphic design and image production, with meaningful time in apparel, footwear or accessories e-commerce.
  • Portfolio showing sports or performance work, including shoots you concepted and directed.
  • Track record managing retouching at volume across internal teams, freelancers or vendors.
  • Bachelor's in graphic design, photography, visual communications or equivalent experience.
  • Photoshop (masking, compositing, retouching, color correction, Camera Raw, batch processing) and Lightroom Classic — expert level.
  • Illustrator and InDesign for layout, lookbooks and campaign decks — advanced.
  • Working knowledge of DAM/PIM systems, retailer and marketplace image specs, and color management (ICC, sRGB/Adobe RGB, soft proofing).
  • Project and asset-tracking tools such as Asana, Monday, Smartsheet or Airtable.
  • AI experience a plus.

In return, we provide an industry-competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401(k), Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, excellent career development opportunities, and a work environment that reflects our industry leadership. Our social impact program, Centric Cares, focuses on volunteerism to make a difference in communities we live and work in and our D&I committee is shaping the future of diversity, equity and inclusion at Centric Brands through workshops, resources and inspiring conversation.
