Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Application Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of business applications supporting our global workforce. The role focuses primarily on endpoint-based applications and productivity tools used by end users, while also managing selected server-hosted and centrally operated business applications.

As part of the Global IT organization, you will ensure the stability, security, compliance, and continuous improvement of application services throughout their lifecycle.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned applications, from onboarding and deployment to retirement.
• Act as the primary IT contact for application owners, business stakeholders, vendors, and support teams.
• Ensure reliable daily operations, performance, and availability of business-critical applications.
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Plan and execute application upgrades, patching, and release deployments.
• Manage software licenses, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Drive standardization, optimization, and automation of application management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Application Management, End User Computing, Digital Workplace, or IT Operations.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle management and IT service management processes.
• Experience managing desktop and endpoint applications in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, software deployment, and application packaging concepts.
