As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work closely with engineers and a designer, have channels inside Wix to test ideas with real users, and get the support of Wix marketing teams once a product is ready to grow.

Salary range is 4000 - 8000 Eur GROSS / month (Total compensation, including RSUs package). The final offer will be based on the candidate’s experience and skills.

Job Description

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will help take new products built inside Wix, under their own brands and for new audiences, from idea to traction. The role is mostly about GTM (finding and testing the channels to bring early traction and real user feedback) and product (deciding what to do, what not to do and when to pivot).

 

• Take end-to-end ownership of GTM for one or more early-stage products built inside Wix, from market research to the first signs of product-market fit

• Find and test ways to get traction: talking to users, SEO and GEO, small paid ads tests, partnerships or entry points inside Wix products

• Set up funnels and experiments, track the results and decide what to do next

• Work closely with the team to shape the product, bringing the business perspective into decisions about what to build next and what NOT to build

• Build things yourself when needed, using AI and no-code tools

• Bring your own moonshot ideas that fit Wix’s vision of helping anyone build their dreams online

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth tech startup, top-tier tech company, or similar

• Experience in building and growing a real product from zero (startup / weekend project / etc.)

• Strong technical and analytical skills: comfortable working with AI agent of your choice to analyze data, deliver features, learn the unknowns

• Very strong business sense: you do care and advocate for creating commercial value and prioritize your and team’s time accordingly

• Very strong communication skills in English
