Immediate openings at L.L.Bean’s Lewiston Manufacturing facility!

Join our Bean for Business team in a Temporary, Full-Time position. No experience required, we’ll train you!

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

All Bean for Business warehouse team members are expected to work Saturdays during November and December to support our peak season.

Additional Details:

• Scheduled hours may vary based on business needs.
• Temporary positions are expected to continue through the holiday peak season and may extend through February 2027, depending on business needs.

Positions available:

Quality Assurance Support Representatives: In this role, you’re the final set of eyes—ensuring every product is shipment‑ready and flawless. 

• Inspect items for accuracy (size, color, item ID, logo placement, thread color)
• Remove backing material, trim loose threads, and clean guide marks
• Fold and package items correctly by size
• Pack finished goods and include required shipment documentation

Fulfillment Processors:

Help keep the operation moving by making sure the right products are in the right place at the right time.  In this role, you will:

• Retrieve, organize, and move cases of merchandise (up to 30 lbs) using pallet jacks and carts
• Verify product details against computer records before embroidery begins
• Work with item codes, sizes, colors, and symbols with careful attention to detail
• Maintain and organize supplies that support the embroidery team

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Intermediate (or higher) English skills for reading order specifications

L.L.Bean uses a market-based compensation approach. The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $18.00 - $20.00. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, education, geographic location, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
