What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate night shift production, maintenance, and operational activities to achieve safety, quality, and performance goals.
• Assign and direct daily work tasks while providing hands-on leadership and support to crews.
• Monitor equipment, processes, and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations throughout the shift.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with maintenance and management teams to minimize downtime.
• Coach, train, and develop team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
