A DAY IN THE LIFE…
- Ensure that all projects are sustainable and result in a positive impact on the company ROIC.
- Prepare and manage the approval process in accordance with the Guidelines for Capital Investment thoroughly challenging the supporting documentation.
- Design Phase: Ensure that all assets are well designed and meet the business requirements through applying new technologies, proven principles, thorough design reviews and basic science.
- Ensure that the design is directed towards a low cost, highly efficient and flexible operation.
- Support Value Engineering Analysis (VEA)
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production environments.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of factory electrical installations, maintenance, and power distribution systems.
- Experience in PLC and HMI programming, preferably using Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) or Siemens platforms.
- Experience with SCADA systems, particularly AVEVA System Platform or equivalent solutions.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and digital manufacturing solutions.
- Experience with industrial automation and process control systems.
- Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) integration, as well as Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food industry standards.
- Experience in digitalization projects, including:
- Digital Twin implementation
- Data Analytics
- Machine Learning applications
- Python programming
