Technical Sales and Support Manager

Manage technical sales activities, including quotation, order, shipment and customer processes, while ensuring effective coordination with internal teams and customers. Support sales targets, customer satisfaction and OPEX projects.

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and follow up on quotations based on customer requirements and obtain the necessary approvals.

• Prepare and send order confirmations to customers.

• Provide Customer Service with the required information for overseas order bulletins.

• Review packing lists and proforma invoices prior to shipment.

• Coordinate shipment and transportation processes with Customer Service and logistics agencies.

• Communicate shipment details to the relevant transportation agencies.

• Prepare and provide sales reports to relevant departments.

• Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of business opportunities and decide whether to submit an offer and, following the quotation, whether to proceed with the order.

• Determine payment terms and accept or revise delivery dates within the assigned authority.

• Apply discounts of up to 3% within the authorized limit.

• Provide maximum support to OPEX projects and deliver requested data and documentation on time.

• Ensure effective coordination with customers and relevant internal departments.

• Act as deputy for the Foundry Sales Director when required.

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of foreign trade regulations.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business software.
• Knowledge of Total Quality Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented, responsible and proactive.
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand issues quickly.
• Completed military service for male candidates.
