CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Directly involved in the CNC milling & programming (G Code), set-up and operations of the CNC machine.

Produces output as per specifications provided.

Performs tool changes as required.

Examine drawings (Isometrics & 2D drawings) and sketches to determine work required in a particular job.

Conduct machine maintenance

Measuring & quality control documentation.

Understanding the drawings and Fabrication of HDPE, ECTFE, PVDF, PPH, PPR, PVC piping products by Butt Fusion, Electro Fusion, Infra-Red Welding, Sidewall Fusion, Socket Fusion, Extrusion welding and Cementing methods respectively.

Maintain all production documentations.

Ensure and safe operations of CNC Machines, Welding Machines, Bandsaws, other power tools.

Your profile:

ITI qualification with minimum 2 years relevant CNC machine operation experience preferably in plastic materials or others in manufacturing environment.

Ability to understand pipes and fittings specification drawings.

Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Good creative skill
